Once a customer places an order through your xSellit Storefront you will receive an email stating that they placed an order. You can then log into your secured Administration Area to view the details of that order. Your customer will also receive an email after they placed their order with their order details. TOP
When someone places an order through your xSellit Storefront the integrated online payment gateway will verify the funds and then the money will be transferred to your merchant account. Usually within 1-3 business days those funds will be transferred to your bank account. TOP
With xSellit Storefront Professional and Enterprise versions your customers can create a user name & password upon checking out. This creates a “My Account” for that customer. Your customer can then come back to your xSellit Storefront and log into their “My Account” area. In the “My Account”, customers will be able to view their order details and status as well their billing information will be saved for the next time they place an order for easy checkout! TOP
The xSellit Storefront Startup version offers a customized template design. The Professional & Enterprise versions offer a completely unique design, which is tailored to your company. You will work with one of our Graphic Designer’s to discuss the look of your xSellit Storefront. The Designer will then design your xSellit Storefront look and you will receive a preview of the look where you could make any changes before your xSellit Storefront is completed.TOP
Yes! With ALL versions of xSellit Storefronts you are able to import your products using a database or Excel spreadsheet directly into your Storefront. There is no need to purchase an extra service to add your products! xSellit makes it easy for you to sell online and sell online quickly!TOP
